2007 Consumer Complaint Analysis

The pie chart below illustrates the volume of complaints received by ICANN at registrar-info@icann.org, one of five e-mail accounts where consumer complaints are received. The pie chart was developed after analyzing 5,748 consumer complaints received from 1 January 2007 to 30 September 2007 by category. In each case, the consumer complaint was forwarded to the appropriate registrar for investigation and any required corrective action.
