Public Discussion on Development of Process of Consultation for Ongoing Strategic and Operational Planning Cycles

In the various consultations, including the Amsterdam Consultation, a number of comments for the need for a formalized ongoing consultation process were received. This meeting provides an opportunity to examine possible approaches for the ongoing process for the development of a rolling 3 year strategic plan, a 12 month operational plan, and a budget that ensures the operational plan can be met.
